Terms and conditions

• Bookings & changeover days are Saturday to Saturday. Guests are requested to vacate the apartment by midday and access to the apartment is 3pm. We will however try to adjust the arrival and departures dates and times to suit our guests whenever possible
• Prices may be subject to change at the owner's discretion.
• Additional nights or short breaks are not normally a problem. Please contact us with your preferred dates and we will try and sort a price out for you.
• Included in the price are; cleaning, bed linen and towels.
• Not included in the price are; flights, transfers, ski hire, lift passes. We can assist you with these and are able to obtain significant discounts for you- please e-mail us.
• A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking. The balance is payable 4 weeks prior to your arrival date.
• If your booking is made less than 10 weeks to your date of arrival we would ask you to pay a deposit of 50% to secure your booking and the balance 4 weeks prior to your arrival date or by arrangement.
• Deposits are non-refundable if booking is cancelled within six weeks of arrival date

• Logs can be purchased from the Apartment Manager
